I felt I could be more confident in meetings, struggled to prioritize and delegate effectively, and felt something off in my communication. However, after completing my sessions as a coachee, I can confidently say that I have overcome those issues. The growth I experienced was truly profound, so much so that I consider coaching a meaningful life experience I have had. So, what does coaching mean to me? To me, coaching signifies a transformative journey of self-discovery and continuous growth. I have witnessed the tremendous power of active listening, empathy, and impactful questioning one gains in coaching. Now, I don\u2019t think you need more than four coaching sessions to achieve the learning goals within a domain. Also, coaching transcends geographical limitations as it can take place online. I experienced the seamless nature of online coaching, and it exceeded all my expectations. Furthermore, the business coaches I had are highly respected experts in their fields, and it is simply a matter of finding the perfect coach or coaching provider to guide and support your journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>&#8222;<em>To me, coaching is a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth many professionals deeply need.<\/em>&#8222;<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong><em>Leonhardt Pohl<\/em><\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding coaching itself, I have had three one-on-one coaching journeys so far, each time regarding a specific topic spread across four sessions. I was coached on how to lead confidently and effectively, delegate, and boost my work productivity. Because of the compressed and agile format, including the one-on-one approach, it was highly effective. As a result, I became more organized, and my confidence improved. Prioritizing tasks based on urgency, impact, and the 80\/20 rule boosted my productivity. All this is due to an inward mentality shift that my communications with the coach triggered. The laser-focused format deployed by <a href=\"https:\/\/sparrks.io\/en\/\">Sparrks<\/a>, my coaching provider, customized the journey to the unique challenges I face. It was all about me, my challenges, and how to navigate them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What does coaching mean to me?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coaching is about being personal with your coach because you can leverage the experience of someone who has already faced the challenges you are facing. In a one-on-one format, that coach can fully concentrate on you. Through my own experience, I have come to view coaching as the best form of professional development. It is also one of the most profound experiences a company can give its employees. As I said in the opening, coaching is a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth most professionals deeply need. It\u2019s a chance to learn what coaches have learned through decades of work experience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Final remarks<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All professionals I have talked to have had similar experiences and have experienced tremendous benefits from coaching. That explains why the coaching industry is growing (particularly in Germany, where I reside and work). While more companies realize the tangible employee benefits from coaching, the industry will continue growing.
