Our storyHow Sparrks got started
In 2021, Nicolas Stephan and Jakob Hansen founded Sparrks in Berlin.
Sparrks was born out of the realization that the success of companies depends largely on the collaboration and development of their employees. Our experience in management consulting and leadership development has shown how effective coaching can bring about major changes.
This led to the idea of a coaching approach that maximizes the value of every minute invested for the coachee and enables companies to use coaching systematically and in a resource-efficient manner as an effective tool for personnel development with measurable results.
Our mission
With Sparrks Coaching, we want to enable companies to develop their managers and employees quickly and effectively - without interrupting their day-to-day work. Our flexible format integrates seamlessly into existing processes and delivers immediate and sustainable results. The focus is on individual development and strengthening teams to make companies successful in the long term.
