Digital 1:1 coaching sessions

Our digital 4+1 coaching format comprises 5 individual 1:1 sessions of 45 minutes each with experienced coaches. The first four sessions take place 3 weeks apart and offer practical support. This is followed by an initial implementation phase of 1-3 months before the final session takes place to consolidate the content. Each session is supplemented by specific recommendations for action and personalized learning materials.
