Identification and quality assurance of our coaches
Identification
Our coaches are identified specifically through recommendations from other top coaches or through active searches and undergo a strict selection process. We attach particular importance to clear criteria: Over 2,000 hours of coaching experience, more than 10 years of leadership experience and certifications from at least one leading coaching association. The coaches then conduct personal aptitude interviews with our coach managers and complete trial coaching sessions to ensure that they meet our high standards.

Our coachee-coach-matching process
Our coach managers select the most suitable coach based on the coachee's detailed request, the specific context from a company perspective and further information on the person, position and relevant demographic factors. This eliminates time-consuming chemistry calls and potential selection biases that could compromise success. We only match coaches who have proven coaching and industry expertise in the desired coaching topic and have received excellent feedback at Sparrks.
If a coachee is not fully satisfied after the first session, we offer a free rematch. Our success rate is 98% on the first match, and 100% on the second.
